As coaches, we give a lot of ourselves. We listen, guide, help our clients find clarity and support our clients needs. This is a beautiful practice.
But what do we do for ourselves to replenish? If we are constantly giving, we must also learn to give to ourselves…to avoid burnout.

Yoga and meditation is a great way of replenishing. If you don’t have the time to join a class, checkout a youtube video. Do a 30 minute yoga class and then set a timer for 10 minutes, or whatever you have, for silent meditation, where it’s all about you and you get to go inside and get calm. This will not only benefit you, but everyone around you.
Journaling is another way to get back in touch with yourself after being supportive of others. Write down whatever is on your mind, don’t judge it, just let it flow.
Have fun! Watch a funny movie, go for a day trip somewhere you’ve never been…do something different, break your regular routine and get up and get moving!
