Have you ever noticed your body language when you are confident? I’m usually standing tall, expressing my words freely, smiling and my muscles are relaxed.

Have you ever noticed your body language when you are having fun? I’m usually standing tall, laughing, expressing freely, and my body is relaxed.

Have you ever noticed what you can achieve when you have confidence and are having fun?

My state feels heightened. I am aware of myself, my words, thoughts and feelings and the needs of others. I listen, I respect, I help, I love. I can do whatever I put my mind to. I also respect where I am at in my journey and don’t put unnecessary pressure on myself to accomplish. I accomplish because I am confident, and because I am confident I am having fun. And because I am having fun, I am doing amazing things.

Have confidence in yourself and see what happens. It’s almost like magic.
